‘God-rod’ hits Court
The latest sculpture to be hosted in Court was installed this week. ‘God-rod’ by Lucy Strachan, is an 11 metre high, carbon fibre rod, coated with maroon nylon filaments. The weighted base rests on the lawn and rocks according to the strength of the wind.
Unfortunately, the weather conditions on an exceptionally windy day proved too much for the installation to withstand but we look forward to its return next term.
Many thanks are due to Lucy for graciously loaning us this piece of work.
