Co-Curricular Programme Recognised

Marlborough College has been named ‘Co-Curricular School of the Week’ by The Week.

The article states: “Boarding life for pupils at Marlborough College is full on, both in the classroom and on the sports field, but somehow they find time to devote to a huge range of other interests, from chess, debating and local history. The country pursuits programme offers expert tuition in fly fishing (Marlborough owns a half-mile stretch of the River Kennet and has two lakes stocked with rainbow trout) and clay pigeon shooting. Budding writers can contribute to a literary magazine called Piccalilli, or to online literary magazine The Merlin or to MCTV.
