British Physics Olympiad Results

A total of 55 College pupils, from the top three Remove sets, took part in the first year of a Year 10 version of the Physics Olympiad.

6,500 pupils took part nationally in the two 30 minute online Multiple Choice tests. The questions varied in difficulty and to score over 83% (required for a Gold) is a real achievement. The results augur well for the BPhO GCSE Challenge next March.

Congratulations to our Gold winners Wilfred Adams (C3 Re), Jonte Catton (C2 Re) and Rupert Plaistowe (B1 Re). There were also seven Silver winners and eight pupils achieving Bronze.
