Vaughan Williams Festival 2018

Marlborough College’s Artistic Director Philip Dukes will be performing at the Vaughan Williams Festival over the August Bank Holiday in the Cotswold village of Down Ampney.

Dukes, who has been with Marlborough College since 2008, is also Festival Director of what promises to be an enthralling four days of music making.“This year marks the 60th anniversary of the death of one of England’s finest composers, Ralph Vaughan Williams,” said Dukes.

“To commemorate and celebrate the life of this extraordinary musician the Vaughan Williams Festival presents a series of ten concerts, lectures and events over the course of the August Bank Holiday weekend.”
