Marlborough vs Rugby Cricket Match 2009

The annual two day fixture will take place on

Wednesday 1st & Thursday 2nd July at Marlborough 

Play will commence at 11 am on both days.

To mark the historic link between the two schools through Bishop Cotton (who was the Second Master at Rugby before becoming Master of Marlborough), a number of the Old Boys of the Bishop Cotton School in Simla (which is this year celebrating the 150th Anniversary of its Foundation in 1859) will come to Marlborough on Wednesday 1st July when they will present a trophy to the two schools. This trophy will be presented to the winning side in the annual cricket match.
