Rackets

Any boy or girl may opt to play rackets in the Michaelmas or Lent terms. Many who play, practise in their free time and fit their rackets into a busy schedule of other sporting and extra-curricular commitments. Rackets has been played at the College for over 120 years, the Public Schools' Doubles Championships being won for the first time in 1901.


Facilities

The College has two courts; their playing surfaces are recognised as being amongst the best in the country.


Matches, Competition and Events

School matches at all levels are played both in the Michalemas and Lent terms. The College is represented at the Public Schools' Championships at Queen’s for the singles in December and the doubles in March. Within the last ten years, the Renny Cup has been won twice and the Foster Cup in 2004.
