The Information Technology Department is responsible for the development and delivery of information technology services to the whole of the College’s community.
There are two key strands of the operation: the ICT Teaching department aims to improve the information technology skills of all pupils and staff, and to develop and support the use of ICT across the curriculum; whilst IT Technical Services provides a telephone support service and a drop-in facility to support pupils’ equipment.
In their Shell and Remove years all pupils have an IT Skills course focussed on Creating, Communicating & Collaboration using a wide range of media and applications on several different devices. In the Remove and Hundred a GCSE Computer Science course is offered.
