Joe Doldon, our present Artist in Residence, has just won 'The Title Art Prize'. The presentation ceremony for this inaugural national competition was held on the 12th November at Blank Space gallery, Manchester.

Joe's winning entry 'Contortion No 2' (pictured), is one in a series of recent artworks in which he thoughtfully transforms everyday objects into unique and beautiful three dimensional configurations. An offer of a solo exhibition, to be held in Manchester next year, forms part of Joe's prize.
