3 OM pairs entered the Noel Bruce tournament this year without making any inroads into the tournament but at least it got people on court again after the long summer layoff.

The OM’s managed to field 5 pairs against the Jesters later in the season at Queens which ended in defeat for the OM’s 2-3 but a couple of social beers were had afterwards with the opposition and the intention is to organise more matches in the 2008-2009 season.

Several Old Marlburians were active in the various tournaments during the season and Ali Robinson, Richard Spender, Richard Cowley and Fahad Roumani all competed in the Marlborough Invitational tournament at the College in April.
