Rob Harding (B1 1958-62) is a flamboyant, eccentric and reclusive singer/songwriter writing under the name ‘Uncle’ Rob Harding. He has started a production company to promote his own quirky songs which include ‘Do Shrimps Make Good Mothers?’ and ‘If Only The Pope Had Wings’ which is the most successful song ever on the FAB Chart. Following 7 live radio interviews in December, Rob has made quite a name for himself in the ‘pop’ business. Having recently recorded 4 more titles at A Room With A View Studio in Dorset, he is currently working on 6 more titles.

Two of Rob's eight children, Sasha (MO/NC 1989-91) and Cara (MO 1992-94) both went to Marlborough and he wears his Old Marlburian tie with pride.
