Personal Background

Following MC, I read PPE at University College, Oxford and have spent my entire career in the financial services industry, first as a broker with de Zoete & Bevan/BZW and then Altium Capital, and more recently in investment management as COO of Taube Hodson Stonex Partners.

This is my second stint on the Committee having previously served in the early 1980s. Enjoying hospitality at Duke's and The Oval is a marked improvement!

My twin sons left the College in 2005 (Preshute, of course) and my daughter will be the eighth Bishop to attend Marlborough when she starts in 2007 (Elmhurst).

I continue to play hockey regularly (for Marlborough Town) and organise the OM Vets side which plays the College 2nd XI in Jan/Feb.

My trombone is also still played although less regularly.

I am happy to provide information and advice to any OM's interested in careers in the investment world. I am always keen to hear from OM hockey players over the age of 30 who might augment my ageing and decrepit squad!
