An evening with Rudyard Kipling
Saturday 28th November at 7.30pm in the Memorial Hall
A Dealer in Words – an evening with Rudyard Kipling
As part for the College’s commemoration programme for the World War One Centenary, we are pleased to present a new stage production based on readings from Kipling’s poetry and prose, with music from the acclaimed band Head North.
Performed by a stellar cast, this charity evening is in aid of The Not Forgotten Association, a unique national tri-service charity which provides entertainment, leisure and recreation for the serving wounded, injured or sick, and for ex-service men and women with disabilities. Kipling’s son Jack died at the Battle of Loos exactly 100 years ago, a battle which also claimed the lives of 23 Old Marlburians.
As we continue to honour their memory, please join us for this very special occasion.
