On Sunday 12 June, Phoebe C (Hu) completed a 10,000ft tandem skydive, for the Oxford Hospitals Charity to remember her little brother.
This fantastic effort has raised an amazing £2,521 to date.
Phoebe said: ‘I’ve always wanted to skydive, and I’ve always wanted to raise a large sum of money for charity. My brother Bobby passed away 8 years ago, aged 5, from a brain tumour and he was cared for by the Oxford Hospital. Since then, my family and I have frequently organised charity events to raise money to support their work, but this time I wanted to organise something on my own in memory of him’
The Oxford Hospitals Charity fund equipment, research and facilities to support patients across their hospitals.
We are enormously proud of Phoebe for her initiative, commitment and sheer nerve. If you would like to help Phoebe raise more money for this amazing local cause then the link to her JustGiving page is here
