Harriet’s Running for Bobby

Thursday 20th April 2023

Best wishes to Elmhurst Housemistress, Harriet Cox, who will this Sunday run the London Marathon raising funds for The Brain Tumour Charity in memory of her son, Bobby.

Bobby’s Fund supports The Brain Tumour Charity and was set up after Harriet’s son, Bobby Cox, was diagnosed with a brain tumour in June 2014. He died in July 2014, aged just five.

Harriet’s fundraising efforts have totalled £200,000 and since 2014 she has completed a 100km cycle, two triathlons, a music marathon and a half and full marathon. Her most recent event saw her walk the Camino de Santiago last summer.
