Introduction
The Marlborough College Health Club allows use of the superb, eight lane, 25 metre, deck level competition swimming pool which is amongst the best in the South-West of England.
The Pool has very high water quality which is primarily disinfected by ultra violet light, thereby eliminating the need for high chlorine levels.
Friendly, highly qualified and experienced staff are always on hand to keep you safe and help you with all your swimming needs. We can provide one to one coaching for those who wish to improve their swimming technique. Masterclass sessions are held to help with swimming technique and staff are always willing to give advice on specific requirements. Additionally, programmes of swimming sessions are available at pool side,
Health club members are allowed to use training aids – fins, paddles, pull buoys etc. – and there is a selection available at the club for member use.
Health Club membership has use of the Swimtag system included which allow swimmers to monitor and record their swims using a simple wrist band. This can then be accessed online to help manage your fitness programme. Use of Swimtag also allows members to take part in regular individual and team challenges which take place throughout the year.
The Health Club has its own dedicated changing facilities
