Anthea is Executive Director of Property at the Duchy of Cornwall. She has over 30 years’ real estate experience, including the strategic asset management of Broadgate and Regent’s Place for British Land, and Head of St James’s for The Crown Estate where she was responsible for the £4billion, 10-year regeneration plan for the St James’s portfolio.
Before joining the Duchy of Cornwall, Anthea spent the past eight years as Asset Management Director overseeing the King’s Cross Estate, a world leading regeneration project developed and managed by Related Argent on behalf of the King’s Cross Partnership. In addition, she was responsible for the new Related Argent projects including the largest net zero town in the UK, Brent Cross Town, as well as Tottenham Hale.
