Bryony Woods

Bryony graduated from Birmingham University with a First in Philosophy, Theology and Religion and an MSc in Global Ethics. She has since taken special interest in religious pluralism, the sociology of religion and feminist philosophy.

She joined Marlborough in 2017 as a teacher in the Philosophy Department and gained a PGCE with Distinction. As well as departmental responsibilities, Bryony was the Resident House Tutor in Ivy House from 2018 to 2021. She is an active member of the CCF and coaches both lacrosse and athletics.

Beyond College life, Bryony has interests in hiking with her dog, Hebe, knitting and, when she can fly to warmer waters, scuba diving.
