Dan Clark

Educated at George Heriot’s School, Edinburgh, before reading Philosophy and Theology at St Andrews University, Dan started his teaching career in a comprehensive school in Derby. He was appointed Head of Religious Studies at Repton in 2008. In his eight years there, he was responsible for the timetable, was RHT in two boarding houses and founded an annual pupil exchange with a school in the UAE. Dan arrived at Marlborough in 2016 as Head of Religious Studies and, alongside leading a thriving department, has been RHT in C3, Master in Charge of House Challenge and coach to the Yearlings 4 cricket team. Dan became Deputy Head (Academic) in 2020.
