Having read Biochemistry at the University of Bristol, Eleanor spent time in rural Tanzania working to set up medical clinics. After returning to work for DfID in London she completed a PGCE. More recently, Eleanor has taught Biology and Chemistry at Pinewood where she also served on the Senior Leadership Team.
Eleanor is no stranger to boarding life having lived in C3 and then Littlefield, where she supported her husband, James, as Housemaster. She was also a tutor in New Court.
She enjoys running, sport, and family time in Cornwall. Eleanor and James have three children at the College.
