Kasase Kabwe Esq

Kasase Kabwe (LI 1993-98) is an accomplished HR executive with over 20 years of experience in the financial services and technology industries. Currently, he serves as the EMEA Head of Executive Research at Google, where he plays a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier senior executive talent to drive Google’s strategic growth across the region.

Prior to joining Google, Kasase held various leadership positions in talent acquisition and development at renowned financial institutions, including JPMorgan, Barclays Bank, Columbia Threadneedle Investments, and The London Stock Exchange Group.

A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Kasase has championed initiatives to foster a more equitable and representative workplace. He has established and chaired Black Employee Network groups, providing a supportive platform for underrepresented professionals to connect, share experiences, and advocate for their needs. He actively mentors and coaches black professionals through programs like Google for Startups Black Founders Fund and Encircle Mentoring, empowering them to navigate the corporate landscape and achieve their full potential.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Kasase is a dedicated trustee at Right To Play, a global organization that harnesses the power of sport and play to educate and empower children and youth in underserved communities around the world.

Kasase is an Old Marlburian and holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath and a Postgraduate Qualification in Resourcing & Talent Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

He is passionate about football and earned a full international cap representing Zambia against Ghana in 2008.
