Rebe was educated at The Maynard School, Exeter, and Bryanston School, Blandford, before studying Classics and Classical Languages, Literatures and Linguistics at Cambridge University. She played representative basketball up to U16 level alongside hockey, which she played up to U18 and then gained three hockey Blues and captained the Blues side in her final year at university. After graduation, she played club hockey and netball in London.
Rebe joined Marlborough in September 2003 to teach Classics. She ran girls’ hockey from 2005 to 2009, when she joined Mill Mead as Resident House Tutor, later becoming Housemistress in 2010. In 2016, she became Assistant Director of Co-Curriculum and then took on the role of Director of Sport in September 2018. She continues her teaching responsibilities in the Classics Department and coaches the Girls 1st XI Hockey and 1st VII Netball teams. She is an experienced tennis coach and ran girls’ tennis at the College from 2007–09.
