PA and Admin to the Artistic Director

Vicki Crocker

Vicki was born in Swaziland but moved to Mtubatuba in South Africa when she was a few months old.

In 2001, Vicki and her three children immigrated to Reading in West Berkshire from Durban. While in South Africa Vicki worked as a school secretary at a public school in Hillcrest, Kwa Zulu Natal. This was a good grounding for her following roles in schools in the United Kingdom.

Vicki started work in Reading as a bookkeeper for an independent coffee company and very soon moved to working back in schools again.

Her first role was as School Secretary to the Headteacher at Basildon Primary School where she worked for 18 months. After her introduction to school life in the UK, she moved to Park House School in Newbury as the PA to the Headteacher. Vicki stayed at Park House for nine years before starting her own business in Swindon.

Vicki enjoys music, dance and the arts and used to play the keyboard and guitar in her youth. Her two daughters learned cello and violin when they were in primary school and the family are all music lovers, especially her husband Paul who is a big fan of Mike Oldfield.
