Will attended The Manchester Grammar School before studying History & Political Science at the University of Birmingham.
He joined the College in 2014 as a History and Politics teacher and was appointed Head of Politics in 2025. Beyond the classroom, he coaches hockey and leads the Colts cricket team. He has served as Head of Remove, spent six years as Resident House Tutor in B1, established an exchange programme with Bishop Cotton School in India, and has also been a governor at a local primary school.
Will is married to Bryony, Head of Religious Studies & Philosophy at the College. In his spare time, he can be found walking his dog on the Marlborough Downs and begrudgingly supporting his hometown team, Oldham Athletic.
