Wellbeing Resources

Providing inspiration and encouragement…

The coming months are going to feel very different to the norm for us all. The usual activities, outings and gatherings that we would have engaged in will not be possible and this will put pressure on our sense of wellbeing. This may feel challenging but it also represents a number of opportunities – the opportunity to connect more strongly with our families and those closest to us; to keep active, learn new things and set ourselves new goals; and to be more aware of those around us in our community who need our help. In doing this we will be helping ourselves stay mentally and physically healthy by following the five pathways to wellbeing.

On this page we will be posting regular tips and resources created by the Marlborough College family to provide you with some inspiration and encouragement to use this time to invest in yourself and in others.

Please visit this web page regularly as we will be adding new ideas to it.

There are many other amazing resources which are being shared or which have been newly created to help provide ideas and stimulus to stay fulfilled and well.

We are pleased to suggest a few of them here, all of which have been recommended by a member of the Marlborough College community.
